Why Coaching?

This is your chance to feel seen and supported in a space that works with you, for you. Experience a sense of control, deeper intimacy, and learn how to advocate for yourself while you navigate your relationships and your sexuality. It's time to embrace your needs instead of trying to make them disappear.

ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a type of neurodivergency that shapes how the brain processes attention, emotions, and energy. It’s not a bad thing - it’s simply a different way of thinking and experiencing the world. However, this means that if you have ADHD, you might have unique strengths and challenges that influence how you navigate your life, yourself, your career, and your relationships.

If you have ADHD, you might experience frustration when you feel unheard or misunderstood, or confusion and shame when your thoughts race ahead and you struggle to keep track of conversations. Maybe you can’t seem to stop interrupting other people, even when you don’t mean to or are told that you always centre the conversation around yourself (even though you were just trying to connect and relate). I’ve been there and I’ve felt that shame and that guilt, believing I just needed to listen better and ask more questions (but what questions do I even ask?).

If you have ADHD, you might find it difficult to feel “in” your body (mindfulness… what’s that?), your mind might race when you are trying to tell it “STAY IN THE MOMENT”, only to then focus on how out of the moment you feel. Maybe orgasms are hard for you to come by because your mind is too busy focusing on that annoying sound coming from the floorboards. I for one have definitely internally sung an entire Taylor Swift song while trying to focus on how good that thing my partner is doing feels.

If you have ADHD, you might have been overcome with sadness when your date never texted you back, or alternatively, you may have felt 100% positive that they are the love of your life after only a few weeks of knowing them. That emotional rollercoaster is one I’ve ridden a few more times than I would have liked.

But there is good news, I promise.

Although research is limited, there are practical strategies that you can implement to improve your dates, relationships, and sexual well-being.

As a coach specifically for women with ADHD, I provide a personalized coaching experience designed to help you embrace your ADHD and in all the ways it shows up in your relationships and your sexuality. Whether you’re looking to deepend your body awareness, communicate more effectively, manage distractions, build healthy sexual habits, or strengthen your mindset around dating - I’m here to guide you.
